The IC-M25 is the lightest weight floating marine radio* (218 g; 7.7 oz). Its slim depth (30.5 mm, 1.2 in) can be comfortably operated with one hand. These features make it easier to equip, carry and operate for a long time.

• Float’n Flash™

If you accidentally drop the IC-M25 into the water, it will float, flash and sound an alarm. The buoyancy, the flashing light, and the sound reduce the risk of loss at sea.

• 11 Hours of Battery Life

The built-in 1570 mAh (typical) Li-ion battery realizes 5 Watts (approx.) output power and 11 hours of operation*.

• 700 mW Audio Output

The IC-M25 provides a powerful 700 mW (typical) audio output and received voice can be heard loud and clear.

• Easy-to-Use

On the front panel, the function keys are good-sized and simply laid out. The large display features big channel numbers supporting 4-digit channels and automatic backlighting.

• USB Charging (Micro-B USB type)

The IC-M25 adopts a micro-B USB charger connector* widely used on mobile devices. The built-in Li-ion battery pack can be charged quickly in three hours (approx.).

• Optional Speaker-Microphone, HM-213

The optional waterproof speaker-microphone, HM-213, provides commercial grade convenience while mounting the radio on the waist. The radio floats even when the HM-213 is attached.
